INGREDIENTS
Pancetta Piacentina DOP of Salumificio San Carlo
Chicken breast
Zucchinis
Peppers
Cherry tomatoes
Mixed salad
Salt & Pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
HOW TO MAKE

Cut the chicken breast into thick chunks and wrap them in Pancetta.

Cut the vegetables into chunks and skewer them along with the chicken on the skewers.​
​

Grill the skewers in a non-stick pan or on the grill, season with salt and pepper and serve with a fresh salad.
