INGREDIENTS

Loaf of bread
Emmental cheese
(thinly sliced)
Beer salami of Salumificio San Carlo
Mixed greens

HOW TO MAKE

  • Cut the loaf of bread into slices.

  • Place a slice of cheese on each piece of bread, a few slices of beer salami and, if you like, a few leaves of mixed greens.

 

  • Grab a mug of cold beer and enjoy the appetizer!
